Description Kniphofia ‘Toffee Nosed’ Red-hot Poker. A vigorous, clump-forming, semi-evergreen perennial with long lance-shaped mid-green leaves. From July to September, on tall stout stems, terminal spikes of apricot-brown and cream flowers are borne. Grow in deep, fertile, humus-rich soil, moist but well-drained soil, in full sun or partial shade. It will reach a height of 75-100cm and a spread of 50-75cm.
