Description Phlox paniculata ‘Blue Paradise’ An upright perennial which has dull green leaves which are red-tinged. From July to September, huge domed clusters of fragrant, flat-faced, dark-eyed violet-blue flowers are borne. Grow in fertile, moist soil in full sun or partial shade.
