Description Phlox divaricata ‘Blue Moon’ A mat-forming, semi-evergreen perennial which has ovate, hairy, mid- to dark green leaves. From late spring to early summer, strongly fragrant, violet-blue flowers. Grow in fertile, moist soil in full sun or partial shade. It will reach a height of 35cm and a spread of 45cm.
