A fast growing mix great for most projects, requires a moderate fertility program. An adaptable mix to many soils. New seeding rates 7-10 lbs per 1,000 sq ft. Note- Our grass seed is 100% raw seed. In a 50lb. bag of coated seed, you’re only getting 25lbs of seed and 25lbs of coating and applying twice as much to cover the same as you would with a 50lb. bag of raw seed. If a coated seed bag costs $2.00/lb. – you’re technically paying $4.00/lb for raw seed which is a complete rip off.
