50/50 Blend Screened Enriched Topsoil

Description Screened topsoil mixed with aged manure creates a 50/50 blend for topcoat grading and ready for seed or sod. It is rich in nutrients and stored undercover so it is dry and easy to use. Please note: Even though the finished product is sifted and stored under cover, the mix retains moisture and can form some clumps with the topsoil during mixing.
